Submission package / statements

Draft submission statements

Solo-author contribution, AI-assistance, competing-interest, funding, ethics, data, and code statements for the first Phase 1A paper.

Author Contributions

Raúl Chío León: conceptualization, methodology, software, validation, formal analysis, investigation, data curation, writing - original draft, writing - review and editing, visualization, project administration, and corresponding-author responsibilities.

AI Assistance

ChatGPT/Codex was used for coding assistance, drafting support, artifact organisation, and review workflows. The human author reviewed the outputs and remains responsible for the accuracy, integrity, originality, citations, claims, and final wording of the manuscript.

Competing Interests

The author declares no competing financial interests related to the submitted work. Eigen Biotech is used as an umbrella project identity for the public artifact site and is not a separate funder of the experiments unless a future submission states otherwise.

Funding

No dedicated external funding supported this Phase 1A work. Computation was performed on the author's local Apple Silicon workstation, with public artifact hosting and audit services maintained as part of the project infrastructure.

Ethics

This study uses public protein-structure records and public/open software. It does not involve human subjects, clinical data, animal experiments, wet-lab experiments, or private biological data.

Data Availability

The Phase 1A result packet, summary JSON/CSV, selective repeat controls, score recomputation artifacts, model/runtime card, environment JSON, target manifests, biological review packet, and clean public source snapshot are publicly accessible at eigenatlas.com/eigen-reprod-atlas and github.com/Theovia/eigen-reprod-atlas-phase1a. The archived release DOI is https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20275055.

Code Availability

The public source snapshot is maintained at github.com/Theovia/eigen-reprod-atlas-phase1a/releases/tag/v0.1.2-phase1a. The build repository remains private because pre-release planning text exists in git history. The public artifact is a clean exported snapshot, not a publication of the full development history. The release package includes LICENSE, CITATION.cff, .zenodo.json, REPRODUCING.md, checksum files, and scorer-recomputation artifacts.

Acknowledgement Permissions

Named acknowledgements must be used only with written permission. External biological or technical reviewers should be acknowledged with a specific description of their contribution unless they meet full authorship criteria and approve/accountably stand behind the final manuscript.
